Indre Østfold Regional Council in cooperation with Øsfold County Council and Askim and Eidbserg Municpalities are inviting to the WP3 – Scenario planning for rural potential and urban design event 6 – 10 September 2010. International and local experts and partners will join the workshop to give pieces of advice to local decision makers. Askim and Mysen will be the two town visited by participants. The challenge is to find how to improve these two places. Event organizers expect to get ideas for their paces that they have never thought of themselves.
