From 21 to 23 of May TiF partners, decison makers, politicians and stakeholders meet in Warsaw, Poland for the final conference of the Trans in Form project. Besides focussing on achievements and impacts of the project this final TiF event will discuss main challenges for regional politics in Poland and Scandinavia, present demographic megatrends and the Chase for a European Identity.
